Offshore Wind Projects

  • Triconti partner to develop 4 OSW projects with a capacity of up to 3.5 GW
  • Triconti was the first developer to identify best OSW locations and process DOE concessions
  • All projects are fixed bottom, are in proximity to the national grid and are under active project development
  • Triconti estimates a potential for first generation fixed-bottom offshore wind to be ca.~6 GW; the existing portfolio will allow the consortium to aim for a market leading position in the sector
  • The first projects can reach construction by 2027/28 and all projects have the perspective to be developed, connected and operational within 3-5 years from now.
  • An additional OSW Wind Service Contract for a floating Extension of the Frontera project with an area of ca. 10,000 hectares has been released to Triconti in January 2022
