PROJECT MANAGER

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The Project Manager shall manage the development of one or multiple wind farm projects of Triconti ECC Renewables Corporation (the “Company”). He / she will be handling the project management activities by leading a multi-disciplinary team of technical and non-technical staff and engineers.

He / she will be in charge of handling, delegating, and managing key project deliverables, documentation, financials, expenditure; review of technical documents, permits, and other vital aspects in the delivery and completion of the Company’s wind farm projects.

Furthermore, the Project Manager shall spearhead key negotiations, consultations, and compliances with project stakeholders, consultants, management team, international project teams, suppliers, local government units, regulatory boards, and various government agencies.

1.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and manage key project deliverables in any development stage of a given project by providing valuable and relevant assignment, work delegation, guidance, leadership to the Project Development Officers, technical and non-technical Staff.
  2. Develop workplans and determine milestones to ensure successful and efficient delivery of development goals and completion of the project based on standards, regulation, and protocols.
  3. Manage and safekeep integral project documents (e.g., service contracts, correspondences, orders, legal, technical studies, regulatory, and commercial documents) both physically and digitally by setting up proper document structures.
  4. Prepare project financials and budgets and collaborate with the Finance and Management teams in the process of budget review, requisition, release, disbursement, and monitoring of budget versus actual expenditures of the project finances.
  5. Review technical documents, presentations, reports, material studies, or other documents relevant to the project, and provide recommendations as needed.
  6. Manage the acquisition of critical permits for the project (e.g., ECC, NCIP, NGCP, DOE, and others) and collaborate with the Project Support Officer in its application and/or submission, compilation of required documentation, monitoring, and compliance.
  7. Act as the main focal person on behalf of his / her assigned project in the collaboration, consultation, or negotiation with project stakeholders (e.g., the Management Team, Local Government Units, Government Agencies, and others).
  8. Report commercial, technical, and regulatory status of the project to the senior management, international counterparts or project teams, project stakeholders, and when necessary, to the project investors.
  9. Conduct technical presentations, project reports, and others that may be communicated to a technical or non-technical audience when necessary.
  10. Spearhead site visits and / or local stakeholder management and coordination relevant to the development and completion of the project.
  11. Conduct research on readily available data and innovative technologies, trends, best practices, or legislation which can be applied to the projects.

 

2. Health Safety and Environment

  1. Manage the effective implementation of the Health, Safety, and Environment Plans and Standards to his / her assigned projects and collaborates with the internal Health, Safety, and Environment Team of the Company.
  2. Serve as the Safety Officer of an assigned project in compliance with the safety and health policies under the Department of Energy’s Renewable Energy Safety, Health, and Environment Rules and Regulations and prepare the necessary safety reports as needed.
  3. Represent the Company for other safety accreditation or certification of the projects with relevant government agencies as needed.

 

3. General Ad Hoc Activities

  1. Perform related ad hoc activities that may be assigned by the Management or Division Heads from time to time.

 

Skills Requirement and Qualifications:

  1. A bachelor’s or master’s degree holder in Management, or Engineering, preferably with specialization in Renewable Energy development or a project management-related discipline.
  2. At least three years of relevant project management experience in a lead, supervisory, or managerial role.
  3. A Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is preferred but not required.
  4. At least a Certified Safety Officer 2 under DOLE-Occupational Safety and Health Center or a DOLE-accredited Training Center. A higher Safety Officer certification is preferred but not required.
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
  6. Ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments, prepare responses/narrative quickly and clearly and use personal initiative.
  7. Must possess exceptional interpersonal, analytical, networking, decision-making or negotiation skills, and a highly articulate collaborator.
